Technology engineered for 24/7 operation and controlled costs
Field-proven solutions that improve wash quality, reduce consumption, and extend equipment lifespan.
Why technology matters for investors
Operational experience and continuous optimization have helped eliminate many installation/execution errors, and the implemented systems are selected for their direct impact on: durability, wash quality, competitiveness, and utility savings.
For investors, this translates into higher uptime, fewer interventions, and a total operating cost that’s easier to budget. In addition, component standardization and the ability to monitor/adjust parameters simplify management and scaling to multiple locations.

Wash Serwis technology
Modern customer interface
Large LED displays in the control consoles + color lighting for program selection (introduced as a differentiation standard back in 2019), for intuitive use and better on-site conversion.
Water recovery and savings
An eco-friendly system that enables ~30% water savings by reusing the water resulting from the reverse osmosis process (which, in other installations, would be discharged). Savings can reach up to ~600 l/hour, depending on the size of the installation.
How it works (briefly)
- impurities are separated physically, without thermal/chemical/biological transformations, which allows the water to be reused
- full use of the water produced by the osmosis process
- elimination of “hard water” from the car wash water circuit
- up to ~30% water savings from osmosis production
Online & GSM control (operational management)
The car wash operates 24/7, 365 days/year, and the GSM/online system is designed for monitoring and rapid intervention.
Key benefits:
- service alerts via SMS in case of a fault
- daily/monthly revenue reports
- remote parameter adjustments (wash time, dosing, bay enable/disable)
- “Happy Hours” (different pricing by time slots or days)
Backup bay (optional): if a bay enters maintenance, it can be disabled and a backup bay can be activated from the touch panel or online, ensuring operational continuity.
Water heating & reliable winter operation
The heating system uses AO-Smith condensing boilers and weather-based automation for underfloor heating, with declared cold-season savings (up to ~40%). Heat exchangers with Wilo/Grundfos pumps are used for underfloor heating.
Optionally, independent heating of the bay slab can be implemented (declared savings up to ~30%).
Equipment & components (durability-focused standard)
Hydraulics / high pressure:
- CAT 350 pumps + SIEMENS motors controlled via frequency inverters
- GRUNDFOS pumps
- AISI 316 stainless-steel hydraulic installation
- AISI 316 stainless solenoid valves + seals resistant to acids/bases
- Mosmatic / RM / Semperit accessories (per supplier list)
Osmosis system (in-house production):
- osmosis units built with premium components and SIEMENS control, with online management
- Grundfos pumps + AISI 316 stainless-steel installation
- recovery of water from osmosis production included as a technology standard (water savings up to ~30%)
Electrical / automation:
- SIEMENS industrial automation, plus Finder/Schneider components
Liquid chemical dosing (SPD) + “Activator”
SPD = a precise liquid chemical dosing system, used to achieve a better washing effect. The “Activator” is presented as an agent that reduces water hardness to 0, for a more effective water-chemistry combination.
Why it matters in operation:
- an independent dosing pump for each bay (a failure affects only one bay)
- pressure monitoring, flow measurement, fine dosing adjustment
- very wide dosing ratio (up to 1:3000, according to the specification)
CAT 350 high-pressure pumps + soft-start (frequency inverters)
The CAT 350 pump is described as having a maximum pressure of 150 bar at a flow rate of 10 l/min, and operating at 1000 rpm increases the service life of sealing elements. In addition, frequency inverters and compensators reduce hydraulic shocks (smooth start/stop), with direct benefits for reliability and consumption.
Wash programs (indicative parameters)
Typical programming:
- Active foam ~50 bar (60°C softened water + shampoo)
- Main wash ~100 bar (60°C softened water + shampoo)
- Brush ~6 bar (60°C softened water + shampoo)
- Rinse ~100 bar (soft water from osmosis recovery)
- Wax ~50 bar (soft water + wax, “nanotechnology”)
- Rinse with osmosis (demineralized) water ~100 bar
Optional:
- Wheel wash ~6 bar (soft water + detergent, 60°C)
- Turbo brush ~50 bar (60°C water + shampoo, via pressure pump)
